Flutter in Peace
Flutter away dear darling,
to the stars you may
wish to see, while sparkling
upon your final day.
The stars hold her captive
wishing of dreams to pass,
while we remain inactive
as if time will revive our lass.
She will be so timid
thinking of her birds,
the ones who were so vapid
there were hardly any words.
So, go to her my darling
and release her final bonds;
tell her of the starlings,
the ones who are so strong.
Fly away my beloved,
to the stars you may
rest in peace, loved,

a convoluted question of fate
